1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Hail Mary website or using any of its services in any capacity, you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement applies regardless of whether you submit an order, create an account, or simply browse the site.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
Hail Mary connects users (“Users”) who are seeking business access - such as a warm introduction or booked meeting — with individuals who may be able to facilitate that access discreetly (“Enablers”).
All services are fulfilled by third parties acting independently. Hail Mary does not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or availability.
You must be 18 years or older to use the service. You are responsible for all information you submit and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.
3. SUBMISSIONS & FULFILLMENT
Users may submit a request (“Play”) via our submission form. Each Play includes information about the intended target and the nature of the request.
Plays are reviewed for eligibility. If accepted, we work to identify an Enabler who may be willing to act.
If the request is fulfilled — meaning a warm intro or meeting has occurred — the User will be notified and charged the agreed-upon fee via Stripe. If fulfillment does not occur, the User is not charged.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing is based on the type of Play submitted and current market availability. Specific amounts are shown during submission.
No payment is collected upfront. You will only be charged if the Play is successfully fulfilled. You will receive notice of the amount of must confirm before payment is processed.
Once a Play is fulfilled and payment is made, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only in rare cases where fulfillment fails and at our sole discretion.
5. DATA & PRIVACY
We collect only the information necessary to process your request and notify you of status updates. This may include:
- Your name, email, and optional phone number
- The target’s name, title, company, and LinkedIn profile
We do not publish or sell your data. Submitted information is shared only with potential Managers as needed to evaluate and fulfill your request.

6. COMMUNICATION
By submitting a Play, you agree to receive emails and/or SMS messages from Hail Mary related to:
- Submission confirmation
- Account or status updates
- Payment or delivery instructions
You may opt out of non-essential communication at any time. However, doing so may limit our ability to fulfill your play.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hail Mary makes no guarantee of outcome, success, or timeliness. We are not liable for missed opportunities, failed connections, or any resulting losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific fulfilled Play in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunity, or goodwill.
- Your use or misuse of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the las of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor strikes, government orders, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our site. Continued use of Hail Mary after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
